Learn about our Registered Sheep

Registered Harlequin Sheep

Harlequin Sheep are a delightful and rare breed known for their friendly temperament, stunning multi-colored fleece, and manageable size, making them a favorite among small farmers and hobbyists alike. People love Harlequin Sheep for their unique appearance and gentle nature, which makes them a joy to raise and perfect for families.

Registered Southdown Babydoll Sheep

These adorable Babydoll Southdown sheep only grow to about 18 to 24 inches tall when they're fully grown. They can weigh between 60 and 125 pounds.

Because of their small size, they're easy to handle and popular as pets for children and for 4-H projects. We’ve loved having Babydoll Sheep around for years now and love having them around.

“Let’s buy a farm” he said.

“Can we raise Babydoll sheep?” was her response.

Located in Harford County, Maryland, Sunny Dreams Farm, began with Babydoll Southdown Sheep and Miniature Nigerian Dwarf Goats.  We loved it so much that we soon expanded to Miniature Potbellied Bigs and Harlequin Sheep, as well as some non-miniature breeds.

Sunny Dreams Farm began in 2022 with a dream for a new kind of living.  We researched, made contacts with well-established breeders and traveled cross country to purchase our flocks.  Our new life began, a life full of animals. Lots of them.

It has now turned into a full farm with a growing produce stand, fresh eggs, registered animals and more!
